Occupancy Policy

All rooms are based off of a 2 person occupancy and 2-night minimum.  Each additional person will be an additional $25 charge.  Any children under the age of 10 will be no charge.  Children 11 and older will be considered an adult for occupancy purposes.  Please note that there is a maximum of 6 persons allowed in each suite when making your reservations.

Smoking policy

We are a "Non-smoking" facility.  We want to provide our guests the best experience and do not allow smoking in the suites, on the decks, or within 20' of the building,.  You are allowed to smoke in your personal vehicle and on outside grounds away from the building.  We have a smoking urn for disposal of butts.  Please do not dispose of butts on the ground.

Anyone caught smoking in the rooms, on the decks, or in the building will be asked to leave at full charge of scheduled stay, and charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

While we love pets, we DO NOT allow pets in the rooms or on the grounds of the lodge and adjacent camp.  We are sensitive to our guests who have allergies and want to provide the cleanest environment possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival will result in deposit refund minus 25% service fee.  Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to arrival will result in deposit refund minus 50% service fee.  Cancellations made under 15 days will result in loss of deposit.  Customers who are a no call/no show will lose deposit and be charged for the 2-night minimum stay or full rental fee or both if it applies.  By submitting deposit, you agree to these terms.
